Still after 2 days getting the "Authentication failed!" message..

I've been having errors loggin in with HB so I found a working reset PW link on another page. It sent me a email and I changed my password. After putting in the new PW into honor buddy I get the
Loading Honorbuddy 2.0.0.3582 settings.
Authenticating..

Honorbuddy Sessions: 0/0
Shared Sessions: 0/0
Invalid Account Details
Authentication failed!

Message So I go back to my email to change it a 2nd time. It asks for my new pw & i change it again. This confirms that the PW i was putting into HB was correct. Well its been changed a 2nd time & im still stuck with the

After resetting my password I had to relogg on this website with my new information post this and its working here so I know my loggin / password is correct in my HB. I've tried on multiple computers & I keep getting the same error message.
Any help?

forums login info can be diff than bot login info
make sure that you are trying to log with your shop info

I don't know what the term "shop info" means (I'm thinking mb it's the info you used when I bought the lifetime HB) But what I do know is that my HB saves my loggin/password combo and all of a sudden in the middle of the night 3 days ago (without any changes to the loggin or password info) the loggin/password combo that has been working for years is now giving me this error message.

I then reset my pw & placed the info from the email support sent me caps & all into HB & it's still not working at all & giving me the same error message. I've spent hours and days trolling the forums trying differnt computers deleting & reloading numerous versions of HB & none of it is working. Is there any way to just kill this broken account & issue me a new working account? I'm fairly paitent but the hours of fustration trying to fix this issue is getting to me ............

The 2 line

responce that I've seen as a standard responce to loggin issues did nothing to resolve my issue & there are no symbols in my password.

Can we just get this fixed.....
