Sticky clean up?

Is there any way we could get the sticky section cleaned up? Like the extra release thread that's been locked for almost a year, or the dead discord server? As well as perhaps a consolidatoin of the FAQ and Begginers guide, I think that would help some of the newer users. As well as dirrect the flow of issues with new releases being posted in the right place. Thank you!
