Step 1) Connecting to server error

When I run the updater.exe I get connecting to server, for ~4 seconds, and then it disappears and does nothing,
I have tried to run this for about an hour straight.

I have updated MY .NET framework to 4.5.2.
I have allowed access through firewalls and it is exempt from virus scan.
I have ran it as administrator.

I am going to uninstall 4.5.2 and revert back to 4.5.1 and see if that fixes it seeing as I've recieved 0 replys...I'll assume my error is unique.

Ok,

I installed 4, Security updates for 4.5.2. -Tried it - Same Issue
I uninstalled Framework 4.5.2 -Tried it- Needed framework update to run.
I installed Framework 4.5.1 -Tried it- Same issue
I installed 4, Security updates for 4.5.1. - Tried it- Same issue

I have ran as administrator in the following compatibility modes:

Windows 95 - Program stopped working
Windows 98/ME - Program stopped working
N.T 4.0 (SP5) - Same issue
Windows 2000 - Same issue
Windows XP(SP2) - Same issue
Windows XP(SP3) - Same issue
Server 2003(sp1) - Same issue
Server 2008(sp1) - - Same issue
Vista - Same issue
Vista(SP1) - Same issue
Vista(SP2) - Same issue
Windows7 - Same issue

FIXED IT! I have no idea how or why, but it worked!!
