normally.... i would agree that there is no reason for a post like this to update us constantly on the progress of an update... but, we DO pay to use the bot, so a simple ETA even i think is a fair request to a paying customer, but no complaint from me, i'll just play like normal for the night. just sayin, i think hes right to atleast ask

i mean seriously..are you all dying if you can't bot a few hours...just ridiculous behavior. Some people act like little children that don't get their icecream or something.
Same with crying for an ETA. YOU don't know what the patch did, you always don't know, but always keep crying for an ETA.
a) they can't give an eta cause they first have to analyze what has been patched, so in the first steps it is just not possible to give a "simple eta"
b) they simply don't want to give an eta cause once a minute has passed after the given eta, people start acting like super retards creating flame threads "lulz eta passed where is the release lulz?" "what did i pay for omg?" and all that SHIT.
To put everything together:
No, you did not paid for a 100% uptime bot
No, you will not get an eta (usually not..you know why, read above)
No, you will not always get a refund and stuff just because of a small patch
The buddyteam always did a great job. Remember they are still humans too and need sleep sometimes (yeah i know... lulz they need sleep but it is true)
