Status : (**missing**) wtf??

Hi guys... im kidna noob in this.. i ran my first deamonbuddy with GilesTrinity QuestTools plugins..
and with Act 3 Inferno by rrrix profile..

all went well.. untill my friend say.. that when im online.. he checks in what lvl im at.. and he see this message :
!!missing!! Acts:A3 Title - !!missing!! -Quest_killazmodan name

now i freaked out. closed my DB.. closed diablo.. stared diablo again.. without DB. and he can still see this message.

i dont know what to do now.. =\ plz help me !

i mean.. this message can be shown by normal player? not a botter?

its a D3 glitch
