Aproximatly how much gold need for A3 farm? and what are the minimum stats?

And which spec is viable: 1h+Shield, or DualWield Tornado spec?

my monk go throw the a2 dual hand(1h+1h) and it goes very well much faster and less dph than my tank barb

ah forgot gear is able to farm a3 by my self, but not bot, spent on it around 80mio.
