Static Charge monk isn't activating Shenlong

I'm trying to bot 55+ GRs and the bot isn't activating the shenlong buff. It keeps spamming mantra even though I have it unchecked so it never gets to max spirit. I have deleted Trinity completely and I'm using the latest (2.13.62). I'm running Demonbuddy 2756.573 and quest tools 3.5.13.

The button is 'Disable Mantra Spam', so it should actually be checked

I actually tried it unchecked and checked and neither will activate the shenlong buff.

Keep "Disable Mantra Spam" checked, and change the "Dashing Strike delay" to 4000.

That may fix it.
