Stashing and Looting HELPPP!!!

Can anyone teach me how to setup my DB to stash really good rare and leg items , and salvage or sell the less good ones? I need to really detail tutorial on this, becuase my bot always got stuck with my stash full and waste many times, and stashing some trash rare items, end up the bot just got stuck. PLEASE HELP ME!!!
