Starting up a new bot - Barb 50 mil budget

Hey everyone.
Been running with 1 bot until now, but thinking about expanding with 1 acc.
I would like run at mp0-1 with a barb, my budget of 50 mil, but I am not sure which spec would be best with the stats I can get for these money.
So which spec should I go for? And what approximate stats should I aim for?

Any help much appreciated, as I am in no way experienced in barbs.

Skorn 1350+ damage 400+ str (10 mill) (With +crit dmg gem) (6m)
IK helm (3 mill) (with + life gem) (2 mill)
IK gloves (1 mill)
lamentation high str, +12% Cleave (1 mill)
Stone of Jordan +10% Cleave(3 mill)
unity (5 mill)
high str Depths diggers (3 mill)
Rare boots 100+ vit, 150+ str, 70 all res (1-4m)
Rare chest 200+ str, 130+ vit, 70 all res (5-7m)
Rare Amulet 8+ crit chance, 250 str, 200 vita (5-7m)
Strongarm bracers 60+ all resists (3m)
Rare shoulders 230 str, 100 vita 55 all resist (3m)


should yield you 400-500 all resists, 8000 armor, 36-38k hp, 58% crit chance, +400% crit damage and 100k dps using ruthless/wep master/tough as nails

With cleaving build. works like a charm for me. about 100-110k unbuffed and with the low attack speed, and high-damage abilities like revenge, you one hit KO most monsters and 2-3 hit KO specials.

250 to 430k GPH depending on paragon level
10-13m exp per hour

i run sword/shield barbs which cost <3mil to make. 9-12m xp/hr, 300-350gph at low paragon not counting gah sales of good items. killing champs.

they all have movespeed gear and sprint - marathon. rend and revenge for main dmg dealing abilities.

WTF? how u spend 26mil for 170k i spent 100mil and only at 96k...
