Starting botting again after bann

I have read some different opinions about what you should do when you want to start botting again on a new account after an old has been banned. Should I reinstall the whole OS? I have gotten the impression that most of you don't think Blizzard associate IP addresses, so it should be just as safe (or unsafe) to start botting right away after a bann?

your call. one thing we know for sure, only gms, and employees with direct knowledge know how blizzard investigates and issues bans.
