Start quest from Item in Inv 1.9.5.5 ?

Can someone tell me how to start a quest from an item you would loot from a mob. It is a 100% drop on kill when you are on the quest leading up to that mob.

from what i have seen when HB is running in quest mode it will automatically accept quests that start from dropped items.

thats true but it should be coded in the profile also

Would be great to see in future releases an option to grind on a certain area to get an item to start a quest.

What interesting quests may drop? Are there some farmable epic quests?

Well I've followed some leveling guides and it often says to grind on area to gain the item to start a quest, they also give excellent chains.
