Start BUtton grayed, Start Button can't be clicked

Hi I have tried to reinstall my pokefarmer, switch off firewall and antivirus as well as restart the PC, but still the start button cannot be clicked. I also try to change my connected wifi, I changed to my phone hotspot as well, I have put the key in the pokefarmer and reopen my pokefarmer, the problem is still there. How to fix it?

remove:

- microsoft visual c++ 2005-2015 x86 redistributable



restart your pc,
download the installationwizard http://updates.buddyauth.com/BuddyWizard.zip
run them as administrator.
after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
install https://www.thebuddyforum.com/BuddyWizard.exe
restart

Hi I have restart and install 3 of those and restart but still facing same problem. May I know is there any other way to fit it?

I had the same problem man. When i disabled my antivirus it worked again.

It's works now. Thanks Man, I just kill NVIDIA process and Kaspersky in the background. I am so happy. It been like this for days.
