start bot grayed out

I have put in my newly purchased Auth Key and setup the setting and have also put in the desired coordinates and the bot will not let me select "start bot" to log on. Am I forgetting something or is my newly bought Auth key inert? I have also uninstalled and reinstalled with no prevail.

if the visual c++ was not installed would it let you launch the program?

fixed it and it is running. I guess I didn't install the x86. not to sure but that is the only thing I had not done yet. That and I kicked the side of my tower. could be a combination of the 2. not sure
