Staggering gait walking at TOWN ISSUE

hi there

I have issue as the title says.
BOT at TOWN always walks around the town like Staggering gait..
IT continue till end the RIFT waiting time.

2nd, the same Issue has the long wasted time when identify items (use books).

THERE ARE NO PROBLEM AT RIFT AND OTHER BATTLE SCENE.

ANYONE Could you please give me a hand? thx

I CHECKED ALL OF LOG FILES AT TOWN.
THIS ISSUE HAS OCCURRED AT THE POINT "21:16:43.318 INFO Logger [Adventurer][Rift] Tick tock, tick tock..."
THERE IS THE WAITING TIME TO OPEN THE NEXT N-RIFT.
CHARACTER WALKS AT RANDOM CIRCUMFERENCE.

AN ASIDE , THIS PROBLEM HAS NOT OCCURRED OLDER VERSION OF TRINITY(like 2.13.**).
FEELING BAD THIS MECHANICAL MOTION..

AND NOW , I (AND SOMEONE ON FORUM)NOTICE THAT;
"THE PROBLEM ABOUT WITCHDOCTOR'S BUGGY MOVEMENT" IS CAUSE TRINITY v2.14.13.
SO , I DECIDED TO USE OLDER VERSION'S TRINITY. (2.14.11).
PERFECTLY MOVIN AT v2.14.11.

yeah witch doctor is currently bugged or something, it stands in town and moves back and forward.
