Spell Not Learned

HB keeps throwing the "Spell Not Learned" Error keeps referring to a strange spell

I have attached the log
This is occuring with the latest HB , but it doesnt happen with the previous version
I have Tried reinstalling HB, reinstalling the CC, same error
Not Sure what is going on here

from what it looks like your quest profile not might be working correctly, i would report the problem to whoever made the quest profile your using. or turn in the quest manualy, and move on.

it does it even when i have no quests, but i will have Kick take a look

right before it started coming up with it, the dialog box asking you to do the quest override yourself or had some other information in it. did you by chance read it and make sure to follow the directions it said before you just clicked continue.

yes that was in Deepholm i an in uldum now and it is still coming up even if i delete HB Folder and reinstall

But it doesnt happen on the Version before 4991
Weird
