Spell IDs

Hi all just a quick Question does anyone know where or how to get a list of Spell IDs?
as im struggling just to fix a xml as the spellid is incorrect.
If anyone is curious its for Giddy for Gobbue quest as i'm sure the Sneeze id is wrong.
