Speed Farm Setups

Anyone got Trinity details for how you setup a speed farmer?

Currently using Monk, Uliana's build with a few tweaks for speed runs, but not sure my settings are the best. Sit at 5:30 for my best run so far, 8:30 for my worst.

Tried the LoN speedfarm build but trinity just fails completely with that setup.

Im using this on my monk to speedfarm greater rifts. And with a few tweaks to skills and gear I run t10 and average around 3-4min.
