Motorola won't actually enforce the ban, due to a court order in Seattle. And MS distribution in Germany is already done out of Holland anyway.

It's just more h.264 patent bullshit.

Microsoft still gets to appeal, and they aren't banning people from playing... they're banning MS from selling more. My prediction: This is tied up in courts for quite a while.
