sometimes not picking up Legendary

After rift sometimes not pick up all the Legendary
it will miss 1-3 Legendary items random
i didnt set not pick up from AoE of stuff
Im using 0420 and update
I try reinstall every but still have same problem
dont think there a log i can upload?

i did install new fresh DB trinity QT
even use YAR / not using
same thing happen when i use my WD dart build
