Somethings up with travel time calcs

Standing next to the flight master in Org, and need to go to Crossroads, and it calculates that running there is the best option:

Flight time: 00:04:08
Run Time: 00:00:56
Difference: 192
Flight time: 00:04:12
Run Time: 00:00:53
Difference: 199

That run time is way too low.
