I have two wow accounts, only one of which I botted on. The other hasn't been active since when mist of pandaria came out. I'm not sure how long that has been. I stopped botting on the bot account months before the May 13th banwave. I logged on wow today to discover that the account that has been inactive since mist first came out was banned for some unknown reason. It wasn't hacked because it was never active, there was no game time on it. It's funny because the other account which has been botted on is fine. Is it possible they banned the wrong account? It's the only thing that I can think of could have happened, but I had stopped botting on the bot account a long time before the banwave anyway. I just wanted to read some of peoples thoughts or if you have heard about anything like this before.
Update: I got it unbanned now, they never told me why it happened, but all is good.
