Someone tell me if this would work. SoR account ban avoidance

U.S SoR accounts have incredibly high ban rates, in fact its probably 100% now. So I havnt bothered buying them anymore.

But, what if I got a SoR account, made the lvl 80. But then I transfer the 80 to my main account.

Would my main account get banned? I transfered the 80 to a different account which is safe. Is there any chance at all for Blizzard to see that it was from an SoR account and then proceed to ban my account because of it?

What are you talking about? I have just used 3 SoR in the last month without issue.

U.S SoR accounts? I highly doubt it,

If I go buy a U.S SoR account right now, and play it for like 5 mins. The next day It will be perma banned for abuse of economy

Yeah I bought a US SoR account and had it banned within a few hours :(

And I didnt even bot with it. I logged in and had a look at what it had, then went to bed. Woke up, and it was banned.

Just because you've been banned does not mean everyone gets banned. Personally, I think its just pot luck and you take your chances.

EDIT: I just did a google search and used the first service I came across.
 
Oh I agree the experience will be different. There is a seller over on OC that sells a LOT of SoR accounts, in various categories as well (like highly played, etc). He basically told me that expect the US ones to get banned, and the EU ones should be ok.
But perhaps this is just from this guy, and another seller would be ok.

I am keen to try, if only to get some rare stuff for my main :)
 
I just tried to do just that. I made a new char then went to my account to do redeem the lvl 80. About a 30 mins later it was perma banned. US SOR.
 
heya.

i have done this alot. u can buy a normal sor acc for around 10 - 15 euro. then transfer the 80 to your main acc..
blizzard will never bann u for this. blizzard can. and will (big chance) bann the sor acc. even if u made a lvl 80 and tranfered it. they will only bann the sor account.

i have done it around 20 times. nothing will happend to your main acc. :)
 
My US SOR Acct hadn't been transferred to bnet yet so I just changed the info on it when I registerd for bnet and now its been alive and botting everyday for at least 10 months now.
 
ofcourse all sor account wont be banned.
but still. there is a risk.

im just saying. if you trasnfer to your main account. that risk is over.
the sor account is still in risk of getting ban. but take everything u wanna keep / the lvl 80 and transfer to main acc..

main account is 100% safe this way. blizzard dosent work like that. they will not ban your main acc because of a sor account.
i bought them an trasnfered right away. just to be sure. it sucks to buy an account. and then get banned.

if you do this just to get more account to bot on.
you should make a new wow account urself. completely empty. merge it to your battle.net acc. and then buy sor account. transfer the 80 to your new botting acc.
and then it wont be banned because of the sor. maybe for botting or something else. but this makes it sor ban safe :P

I am going to tell you guys my method and it works. What you do is merge the sor account on a clean ip address with no other wow accounts on it. It must not be a p r o x y or v p n. The next step is to wait at least a week to claim the sor rewards. nI have not had any of my sors banned this way. Also i have had luck googling the wow account name and finding the first/last name on the account from facebook and other gaming websites.

I think this is actually the way to go. I've purchased SOR accounts in the past, logged into them to look at them and they would be banned the next day. If i do exactly as you say, they seem to be fine. I found a couple of SOR account i did just that on a couple months ago, and am now leveling them up. They make it past the Next day ban phase if i let them sit a little while before using them..
