So initially i just thought that my bot wasnt disconnecting correctly which was the reason i had to continually go force/kill previous sessions online. However i just had to go kill a session that started about 45 minutes ago which is pretty much impossible given i didnt even have wow/hb running for about the past 4 hours. So my only conclusion is that someone else is using my key. Can i get my current key deactived and get a new one, or what is the steps i need to take to get this resolved. I have never given the key to anyone else so i have no idea who is using it or how they got ahold of it.

Send an email to [email protected] with the compromised key. They should deactivate it and give you a new one. This may take up to 24 hours to process.
