Some Questions before i purchase..

Hello,

i want to Purchase Honorbuddy and make second WoW-Account for it.

My first question is, is the Honorbuddy detected, so that i can only get banned by player reports?
Or is there a higher chance to get detected and get perma ban?


What if my ,,Bot-Account" get banned... can i succes to my Old account or is my Computer ,,IP-Banned"? (If yes i would use a second pc and a second Internet connection)

Correct, at the moment.

Currently HB is non-detectable. There is always a possibility of Blizzard pushing out a Warden update that detects it, however HB has a built-in Tripwire that will automatically shut it down if it notices any changes in Warden, so detection chance is minimal (but not eliminated completely).

I'd say close to 99% of all bans are player report or you're botting behavior is triggering red flags that end up getting investigated. I generally follow the rules of not botting something I wouldn't usually do by hand (e.g. don't bot for 40 hours straight, don't grind an area for 20 hours non-stop, don't queue for 55 BG's in a row, etc). I usually stop it when I'm asleep, and start it up when I would normally be playing so as to not raise any flags.

Bans are done on the account that the character belongs to only. You can even have a banned WoW account on the same b.net account without it affecting anything else on that account. Despite that, it may cause other accounts from that IP address/bnet account to be flagged and investigated.
