Some questions about Honorbudy

Hi,
I have a few questions about Honorbuddy.
1. Its bound to battle.net account? If yes can i bound it to other account when i don't use it on the first one?
2. Can bot sell items to a vendor and deposit it in a guild bank?
3. For what period its real chance to get ban by Blizzard?
