~~ Some Info I Got From Blizzard ~~

HHhhHhAA.. this is so nice, I am going to attempt recovery of my lost bots.

What am I trying to get at? This is my botting account. Blizzard looked into my connection, my IP, etc and subsequently told me that they didn't notice DB for the majority of the Barbs life...

I closed that ticket and logged onto my neighbors wireless, did some weird shit on my Barb like changing email addresses and payment information. My new ticket is looking promising. They already said I'd get a rollback and all they needed was my go ahead. I'm awaiting the results and will re-post if everything went well!

There is no new information here and they never said that they never noticed any botting activity on your account.

What they said is that they didn't see any suspicious IP addresses accessing the account. Using your neighbors wireless isn't going to help either (they have all IP addresses logged by date and if they were to do a rollback, they would rollback to the point of intrusion). They would need to see an IP address from far away (a different city at the very least, if not different country) as well as another account that has always been at that other location (city, country etc. - at the very least NEVER logged in on the same IP addresses that you have used) log into your account to confirm that it was "hacked". Thus transfering stuff to "your" mule account, even if done via an IP address from a different city, country etc, wouldn't work.

My mule is fine?

nice info. I am boting with dualbox since the begining. 2 accounts and no problem

wait dualboxing works with botting? I know in wow it doesn't work as the honorbuddy can't attach to wow and normally crashes, is it possible in demonbuddy or are you just trolling?

Most of you will enjoy making fun of how dumb I was, others will enjoy some bad ass information.

So in light of the few people getting banned last night or whatever, this morning I decided to transfer ALL of my main botting account (1 Barb Fully Geared w/ Stash) to my mule. I dropped everything on the ground and invited my mule. When my mule came in, I left with my main account to reduce loading on my comp. Immediately after that, the game terminated for my mule and I lost all of the items.

I sent a ticket in and said I got hacked >.<

Here's what I got back..

This is the latest response from Customer Support:
Hello!

Thank you for contacting Blizzard Entertainment regarding your account. We looked at your connection history, and fortunately, there doesn't appear to be any suspicious activity. I can see a lot of activity on your account, but it's all coming from your home network - though we can't tell if it's the same computer, it's at least the same internet connection. So, what happened? There are only two possibilities: one is that you somehow don't remember selling all your items, and the other is that an angry girlfriend/boyfriend, roommate, sibling or friend did this to you. I'm very sorry :-( We can sometimes restore Diablo 3 accounts after a compromise, but in order to use that system, we need evidence of connections from outside the home, and there's absolutely none in this case, in the timeframe you're referring to. Sorry to give you the bad news!

Make a print screen of the ticket otherwise big TROLL, blizzard is not talking like that.

In reply to the guy who asked for the s/s...

As you can see, no one is trolling here. All legitimate info.

Hypothetically, you could have downloaded a trojan that gave a hacker access to your computer. With the trojan, the hacker could have done *anything* you could have done with your computer.

Give me the name of a trojan where that would be possible so I can use that in my defense!

I also have some information. I thought it was worthless but it could come in handy like this maybe. Or maybe not.

I run Diablo 3 on my MacBook Air. Mac Client on OS X (OS X installed in Dutch Language)

I also have Windows 7 64bit installed via bootcamp (english language) whenever I stop playing from Mac os x and restart to Windows 7 and login my account gets locked because of logging in from different place. I have the same IP.

Only difference is I login with diablo 3 windows client and my W7 OS is installed in English instead of Dutch Mac OS. Maybe they check to see if an account has logged in via mac d3 client or windows d3 client. Or maybe they could see my complete laptop spec including time and language of OS and then determine if this is suspicious and autolock it.

Any thoughts?

Most responses are copy and paste until you keep pestering them about it then it gets into the hands of someone who cannot just copy and paste response and has to look into it.
