Hello, fellow buddies,

This thread is about some interesting information (in my opinion) that I came along with and could be used by you.

Here we go. I start with this some time ago looking in my diablo3 folder I found this newly created InspectorReporter folder. Checking it arround I found those "bug reports" written by BlizzardError.exe (correct me if I am wrong) and I was surprised what information all the files (opened with notepad) kept inside - all the processes that are running on my computer. Anyway here comes the strange part, I haven't used demonbuddy since 18/12 and I haven't logged in the game since then but in the folder new folders were made with dates exactly when a maintenance occured and exactly 2-5mins before the servers were back up (e.g. servers are up at 8:00 am and file was last modified at 7:58am).

Second thing, I've friends that were not banned on 18/12 ban wave and are using DB ever since w/o any problems and here is what they told me (some tips).
#1st Use your anti-virus program firewall to block any connections (in/out) on BlizzardError.exe.
#2nd make BlizzardError.exe a Read-only file.
#3rd rename demonbuddy.exe in something else (e.g. Winamp.exe) so if BLZ in anyway reads the processes running on your PC it could see Winamp.
#4th Do not use AH/Rmah to sell anything with your botting accounts/characters - send all to your mule (they use another person/friend who sells the items for them - friends' acc is not using bots etc - aka a clean account).
#5th when you bot pause your bot chat with friends or random people etc.

I am going to bot the shit out of this mafia company even though I study law and those things are "illegal" but for every 1000 illegal things that BLZ do I think I can cope with 1 on my side. FUCK YOU BLZ AND THANK YOU FOR MAKING A MONEY-MACHINE FOR US /bow So I can stuff it in your ass so deep that the guy that pulls my dick out would be pronounced the new King Arthur!

I hope what I wrote would help you in someway, Thank you for reading and If you'd like make a comment.

Cya all fellow buddies, Live long and Prosper!

Regards, a fellow buddy!

P.S. It could be only me but I doubt it, Imho we have to use our own heads and think of precautions before accusing the good guys devs for their product being detectable. Imo those devs and their product makes money for us w/o almost any effort. So even detectable (I doubt since many people are still notbanned) lets cope with them because they are doing their best to satisfy their customers day and night unlike those motherfucker blizzard customer-support copypasting fatfuck employees.

Hey there thanks for the informative thread :)
When I'm looking at programs to block with my firewall blizzard has quite alot, despite the BlizzardError.exe.
For example there is two named Blizzard Agent and like 8 named Blizzard Update agent, any thought on those?

If you've not logged into the game, you wouldn't have had any updates/patches etc after maintenance. So how on earth are D3 files being changed on your computer without your knowledge or permission.

Im looking in the file "ErrorReport" for each date but I don't see any demonbuddy.exe process listed in any of the files.

I'd like to add, if you firewall your agent.exe , please don't be stupid like I was and DO NOT EXECUTE D3 AS ADMIN.

Why? I just took a look at agent logs today and found this:

Argument[0]: 'C:\ProgramData\Battle.net\Agent\Agent.1544\Agent.exe'
Argument[1]: '--locale=enGB'
Initialize HttpProtocol Server Called.
Agent started on port #1120
Executing operation: disable_firewall applicationPath="C:\ProgramData\Battle.net\Agent\Agent.1544\Agent.exe" applicationName="Battle.net Update Agent"
Set Firewall - success: 1, programExists: 1, programStatus: 1
Check Firewall - success: 1, programExists: 1, programStatus: 1
Agent successfully added a firewall exception for 'C:\ProgramData\Battle.net\Agent\Agent.1544\Agent.exe'.
Registered Periodic Event: "auth validation event" with a resolution of 10000 and a start delay of 10000

And it seemed agent, as it had somehow admin rights elevated because d3 did, checked firewall for a rule against it, and 1) They noted it exists 2) They created a fw exception for it.

At least, that's what I can understand from this log. Not a computer pro at all, I could be completely mistaken and be saying a nonsense. But, if i'm right, while this wouldn't probably be enough for a ban, it could flag your account for investigation.

Maybe someone with a higher knowledge could show up and give his oppinion.

There are a lot of games/programs that automatically add a firewall exception now adays. I remember a "long" time ago when you had to do it all manually and it was a pain in the ass if you had a bunch of games :). Ohhh, I remember how dreadful it was to format my hard drive back "then".

Well, supposedly agent only works as some kind of updater for blizzard products, you can google it. But It's up to you to believe it or not!

This is not a religion to choose between believe or not. As the developers are people that know much more than us, I think any of them could expose his opinion here to avoid useless things.

Would be nice to have an error log scrub and process firewall blocker for while you are botting.. then if you run it legit, it can update etc..
