Hi,

keep getting a error when trying to log in to Honorbuddy

Authentication failed.
Unable to connect to Buddy servers.


any ideas?

i can't attach a log because it happens when i load HB the launcher. i did a fresh install and still the same happens

Hi, Oly182, and thanks for the log.

Wow! This log shows a seriously damaged Honorbuddy installation, and we're surprised it even made it to the authentication process step. Its time to do a clean install as described here:

Honorbuddy:HelpDesk:"Clean installing" Honorbuddy​

As stated in the article, it is important for the clean install that you:

• Use a NEW directory in which to install Honorbuddy (e.g., C:/Honorbuddy/)
• Do NOT copy anything from a previous Honorbuddy installation
• Do NOT install any third-party products
• Disable the streaming of all products from the Buddy Store
  
  How to disable streaming of Buddy Store products​

Please leave it in this configuration until we get your problem sorted.


If no joy, a fresh log from the 'clean install' please.
