download the installationwizard http://updates.buddyauth.com/BuddyWizard.zip
run them as administrator.
after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++

Hi again, Spyderdeman, and thanks for the log.

First, make certain the WoWclient is running in a form of "Windowed" mode.
Second, please switch your WoWclient from DX9 to DX11, and restart the WoWclient.

If the above article doesn't sort the issue, Raphus has made a Beta available that address the problem for some:
But, we're finding that even the Beta doesn't work for everyone.

If you still have problems after trying all of the above, please show us a fresh log of the failure with the Beta.

Use - SET gxApi "D3D9" and SET gxApi "D3D11"
Use - SET gxWindow "1" and SET gxWindow "0"

Did not help.

The problem with th RU version may have to do with the special characters in the folder path where you've got it installed:
E:\Qeasting!\архив\Honorbuddy 2.5.14790.811\

Can we try installing it to an ASCII-only path, like E:\Honorbuddy\, and see if that resolves the issue?

HB in the same folder.
Why dont work RU?

Your recent log contains a failure mode that the senior staff is interested in investigatng. The senior staff would like to TeamView into your machine, and look at this particular issue. Would you be so kind as to install Skype and TeamViewer?
