[SOLVED] Stuck a logging in ( With Attached Logs )

Hello,

I'm stuck at logging in, deleted all the HB folder, Reinstalled, Nothing to do, Killed session in buddy auth etc..

Please.

I fixed the problem by restarting computer, but i'm still interrested by an answer, cause its not the first times i need to restart my computer. Even if i check task manager i'm not seing any Battle net / Hb related process, but still a restart is fixing the problems, where does it come from?

Glad you figured it out! There are several possibilities for these types of problems.

By far, the most likley culprit is another program or application 'service' is interfering with Honorbuddy operation:

BosslandGmbH:HelpDesk:AntiVirus Interference​

BosslandGmbH:HelpDeskrograms that Interfere with BosslandGmbH Products​

The second most likely issue is damaged dependencies requiring removal and re-install as outlined in the "Repairing it manually" section of this article:

BosslandGmbH:HelpDesk:Missing Dependencies​

And, very very rarely the problem is corrupted caches:

Honorbuddy:HelpDesk:Cache corruption problems​
