[SOLVED] Not Logging In

I attached a pic of what it is doing I have not found a way to get the log info , it is like it locks up when it tries to connect. The thing is I havent even gotten to use it so I am not even sure how it is suppose to look. I purchased a 3 day trial and havent been able to get it to log in once.

Found the log files

Here are log files from today all the other files got deleted when I uninstalled HB and reinstalled HB.

HB is now working I changed the HB to where it launchs to WOW instead of World Of Warcraft Launcher, now to figure out how to use it. Thank you for all the help.
