[SOLVED] Not logging in / Attaching to wow.

Not logging in / Attaching to wow. [Not solved]

Tried everything, Looked at all the previous topics & none work. I log into wow, open HB & it simply doesn't log in & then closes.

I've tried the following:
Directx 9 & 11
Windowed, full screen & borderless mode.
The beta update.

Nothing seems to work. Looking for some help here! thanks.

Hi, Jbrody,

The senior staff would like to TeamView into your machine, and look at this particular issue. Would you be so kind as to install Skype and TeamViewer?

I was able to fix it myself actually, So don't worry about the teamviewer. If anyone was wondering how, Here's how I did it.
After doing everything previously stated, I changed the directory of my Wow folder (with wow.exe inside) to a new location, It instantly worked after that, So if you have a similar issue try that. Very strange bug!

Oh I was using non-beta launcher in dx9 windowed.

Anyway thanks for the help.
 
Well, Seems it's back.. Just before I have to leave, it decides to not work now. Same issue as before.. tried beta build & normal build, did what I did before but didn't work this time.. Ran flawlessly for hours last time I got it to work, But it refuses to log in now.. Would love some help.

Have attached both beta & normal build logs.

Alright fixed it myself again. Seems it was MSI afterburner what I always use & have had zero issues with it & HB running. Was the on screen display. Again I've used this since I started botting a long time ago & had zero issues. Very surprising this is the case now... Oh well Lets hope it works properly next time.

Glad you figured it out!


For future readers...
Afterburner is indeed a poorly-written program, and is on our interfering program list:

Afterburner not only interferes with Buddy bots, but plays poorly with Steam and many other tools. There are other tools that can do the same job, and do not have such issues.
