[SOLVED] interface freezes

Recently honor buddy starts and works but after a few minutes the interface freezes even though the bot is still doing it's job when it comes time to stop it or change profiles i have to ctrl alt del to close it and restart it which causes max sessions.

Hi again, Levend, and thanks for the log.

It looks like you've installed "Azyul - Full Pack" product into the C:/Honorbuddy/Bots/ directory. This product is not a bot, and is causing the problem.

First try is to move the C:\Honorbuddy\Bots\Questing\Azyul - Full Pack folder outside the C:/Honorbuddy/ folder.

If no joy, its time to do a 'clean install':

Honorbuddy:HelpDesk:"Clean installing" Honorbuddy​

As stated in the article, it is important for the clean install that you:

• Use a NEW directory in which to install Honorbuddy (e.g., C:/Honorbuddy/)
• Do NOT copy anything from a previous Honorbuddy installation
• Do NOT install any third-party products
• Disable the streaming of all products from the Buddy Store

Please leave it in this configuration until we get your problem sorted.


If still no joy, please show us a fresh log.

did all the above and bot is working great now i'm to scared to enable the store ones. no big deal as i hardly use them apart for the anti afk one. So if you like you can place this under solved.

At this point, you can start re-enabling the Buddy Store products. But, if enabling one causes the problem again, please make a note of which one, and report it to the corresponding Support thread for the product.
