[SOLVED] Cannot attach to WoW. Can't Log in PLEASE HELP

Ive tried DX11
Ive tried DX9
I have no conflicting programs
and my computer wont let me download the Buddy Wizard because it thinks its malware
Rebooting doesn't help either
and im in windowed mode

the log doesnt change at all
the same error every single time
Cant Attach to WoW client
