Like he said you need a routine to reset the entire waypoint and game when this happens. To do that you need to create a Act 2 Q1 game leave it make an act 2 Q 2 game and reget the waypoint.

It could be anything that causes this it also happens with Lieutenant Vachem it will start the game but not run to the teleporter instead run south or north unstuck ends the game in 40s but it continues to run the wrong way until you hit stop and start on DB basically restarting the profile something is getting caught in what seems an endless loop.
This is, IMO, the #1 thing for Demonbuddy developers to look into fixing on the client itself (until we can pinpoint which PLUGIN might be causing this) considering how many users are running Sark.
This is one of the final hurdles to the bot being FULLY, TRULY afk able.

I think it's a conflict with plugins, each time before it happens I see an error in the log that it can't access the profile. Then it seems to start the bot back up using the cached profile information, which results in the bot resuming at the end of the profile.
I turned all of my plugins off and I haven't seen this once, on any of my bots.
Exactly, we need a 'kill wait' / iscools plugin to stop attacking and allow vaulting/clear pathing to the cellar, the reporting feature is also nice.Sure, but how many of these profiles will work well enough without plugins.
there is one more time when the bot goes to adrias hut,
when the bot goes to town to vendor/repair/stash at the start of an new game
and then goes back in the tp to continue the run he runs to the hut instead of sarkaroth
aslong he does the vendor stuff after the sark kill everything is fine
