This isn't a problem at all for me. Kill Radius set to 35 with Artemis plugin. If they aren't within 35, then you can tp out before being hit - otherwise it kills everything before TPing.
4200 runs straight so far, not a single death or disconnect issue. From the time I enter the game to the time I am exiting is 6-7 seconds when there is no cellar (not counting loading screens).
