I want to buy 2 new accounts, and level up them to 90 together. what is a best way to do it?

Add 3 more accounts and go dungeons.

What's the chance of these accounts getting banned? The ones leveling together through LFG and stuff.

if you level 5x toons via Dungeons, very little chance of a ban since no one else will ever see you or report you.

If you do 1-2 toons in LFG people will likely notice and may report you.

There has been a huge increase in people loosing their mains, I myself was one of those people.
Only way to be 100% sure, is to buy 5acc, dungeon level them on another PC, with VPN and never ever do anything that can link it with your main.

But I guess you are looking for boosting your main with gold etc? In that case, no you're not safe and I would advice you not to do it.

Proxies and VPNs are also risky because blizz will suspend/ban for using them and it makes it way more obvious that you're botting, not that group leveling wasn't already high-risk enough.
