sold my first gold :D

Poor kid, he believed a company was buying his gold for0.80$/k LOOOOOOOOL
Poor kid got scammed, expect a dispute anytime soon.

ive sold for over 5000 euro in my time all on paypal. not a single scam.
 
looking for buyers last two days, i found all buyers paying 0,24 - 0,26 ? each 1k of gold, It looks like the gold price is very low atm.
 
i'm selling at a steady .45 atm, via. a chinese buyer..
belive it or not, but i used to get .25-.30 - she says she's cut away a middleman, so she can pay me more for the gold now :D

the .80 story however, is a no-go xD

Yeah, they anounce that in some forums "most high price" but as we know the price depends of the server, so you never will get more than 0,2X in EU and 0,4X on US. The best way is sell to a private buyer (no webpage).

- Ask trusted friends if they know any friends who would be interested in gold.
- Check ownedcore for goldbuyers and make sure they have alot of positive feedback, not just 5 but at least like 15 positive feeds

- Make sure the goldseller have a lot of positive feedback, check his paypal and when its registered, its obviously a scammer if he created a paypal today (to scam you).
Make sure they pay as a gift via paypal and
make a screenshot from the trade. Just in case.
 
I don't understand why you guys are being scammed so much, don't be greedy, and never take the best offer, but take a trusted gold site.

yeah sell to trusted who also try to scam you saying you a char name called "eccxe" and then openening trade window with "excce" and when you give them the gold they dont pay you. thats so lame.

Then get their rep down on which ever forum you use, remember to always take screen shots of everything to use against them in dispute.

First, they can't be that trusted if they try to pull this kinda crap. Second, it might be an idea to check the character name before you trade a substantial amount of gold to the person.

And also what Teveel said. It's dirty business. Filthy.
 
I'm glad i got private buyers that pay 1$/k. I would hate selling it cheaper than that lol.

Even in the most extreme case it would be possible, but cost the one who pulls it back also a fee?

And you dont get this done so easy aswell, so after 1 or 2 times, it becomes even impossible?

Is it me, but doesnt the above makes it kinda impossible to be scammed? They dont pay by gift? fck em?

Sodapoppin got 50 + k from some rich amhai dude from dubai, last time i checked. Some said to him the money was a fraud or whatever.

He clearly explained even if it was a joke, and he wanted to pulll back, he would have to pay a high % as a fee to get it pulled back.

And it was send as a gift so 200 % legit? Must be me? If he and reck who got a total of 100 k + in a month from him, feel so confident

its legit, cant be pulled back, and dont worry about it i dont see how you get scammed so much on paypal.

big companys do this to random people when they sell for first time. just google it.

The "unauthorized transaction" claim can pull anything back. I guess it's peoples bad reading skills that hurts them. Personally I can sense a scammer almost from what he put's in the box when he adds me to Skype.

Dont tell me to google anything. Check the character name of the dude you are giving the gold to you, is that so hard?
 
I'm glad I just use HB to level my toons and raid, I'm also glad I have a real job and don't have to worry about this shit.
