so.. will i get free days for the time HB has been down?

Hi there,

I don't mean to be a c*nt or sound ungreatful because i really am greatful and i admire all the hard work that goes into this and keeping the dream alive... but im abit of a tight arse and don't like losing money.

Will i get a free day or however long the HB is down for? be it a day > whenever...?

write in the payment support thread.
i think they will reset your time used.
 
why didnt you buy fullversion? that gives you around 3.7-4k days or a lifetime as some of these guys says

Buddy bots stance on limited time keys and reimbursement

If you have a Trial Key, and you cannot use it during this time...
When a stable build is released, send your key, and the email address you used to purchase it to the BosslandGmbH front office ([email protected]), and they will be glad to extend the key's time for you. Most of the time, the BosslandGmbH front office does this automatically, but it never hurts to ask.
If you purchased a Trial Key, and have yet to use it...
The clock does not start ticking until 'first use'. So, you are already golden."

That's true, but is a monthly key considered a "Trial Key"? I purchased lifetime the very first day I saw the bot, so I never had to use a monthly key. I was just asking with the OP's point of view in mind. :)
 
Tony posted something about this. You need to email HB about the downtime and the team will add it onto your time.
 
support@ is super awesome at handling this type of issue.
