So what Healing class has the best CC?

I have read that ShamWow is broken so besides that what Healer class has the best CC for lazy raider healing class's? I wanna raid heal of course.

Yeah I have the pally ones but they dont seem to make good raid healers..Everyone says Pallies are tank healers.. And I thought about the Monk one but read there getting nerfed to nothing..
