Are you guys doing anything to limit your risk in response to the recent champ farm bans? Changing anything? taking a break for a week (-$500-$700)? Turning off your relogger?

Not really sure what to do. Got 10 accounts running now all on act 3 mf2 with 0 deaths per hour. Im sure if you add up keys and gear, not even counting plvls, they would be worth alot. Also got safety accounts with over 1.7 bil in HC gold, non botted and on a different computer but same wireless IP.

Its going to take awhile to sell everything, but i think that might be best. No reason to think this is the last we will hear of these ban reports (but i hope so) and my toons are a bit overgeared.

It's funny how this game is both completely f#cked and at the same time its the best game ever because I've made $1000s.

But after awhile, just selling my bots gear was starting to put me to sleep, the game is horrible.

i often ask myself, if i could, would i choose for this game to have the itemdrop rates and legendaries quality of d2 and be infinitely more fun at the cost of death of boting and rmah, or keep the drop rates and fun as low as possible, but make money out of boting

I mean i just started lvling a monk, i am all the way to 40 and am yet to see a legendary drop. I know i wont for many many more hours... it just feels so empty. D2 was a rollercoaster !

IMO the drop rate doesnt matter in the slightest. Players will always want the top XX%, we'll say 10%, of items in the game. Regardless of what blizzard does with their droprates there will always be a top 10%. We botters will have much better access to the top 10% of items, and are obviously happy to sell them to casual gamer for the time and effort it took the generate them.

The problem is their is nothing to do with these items but run around in circles and kill retarted shit. The game is so retartedly dumbed down, if someone spent the time they could litterly script the entire game, farm champions, post and sell on the AH, and take time breaks and it would be completely optimal play. Whats the point of playing a game like this?

I dont play hardcore, the gold was an investment. I got all of it below 3:1 traded for SC gold. The HC economy is very different and more stable. Its also easy to get someone on blizz forums to launder the money to another safe account so you don't have to trade directly with your farmers. If I sell it all now, It will be for a massive profit.

I do play HC for fun even today. Why HC?

1. More fun and thrill
2. People even on pub games play far better than SC pubs and stuff. They care about every detail, do micromanagenemt, play wisely
3. Economy is quite good (no big scale hc<>hc gold transfer + there is ofc big gold sink if character die; )

After 1-2 months of HC I went to pub SC games to check and it was like playing with sheeps.

If u like more skilled gameplay (example DH fullkite - shift down, shot, move, shot, move, shot, move, shot, move etc) - HC is quite fun for that.
Take DH, make IAS 2.0+ and see fun of fullkite mode.

Actually D3 is fun in HC even now. In SC i cant stand more that 30 minutes.
