Yeah don't blame them for playing safe until there is clarification, as the injunction statement was vague.

Though it certainly sounds like they cannot DISTRIBUTE the bot (or sell it) so they can't send over demonbuddy.exe to anyone... but it doesn't go into technicalities - like - can they send path-finding instructions and simple X Y Z numbers from a server to software people already have (ie can the nav-server still be operated or not).

It's all unknown without any legal clarification though, sadly. Legal terminology is just still not capable of covering all the intricate circumstances and loopholes of a digital world :P
 
just bought a copy of diablo for the the bot i bought yesterday. Used it for an hour or so to lvl a wiz now i have $59.99 diablo + $32 or so on a bot that will just be sitting there tell this gets figured out.

I think they already have some pretty good lawyers if they are getting sued from blizz for WoW

My bot is still working (becides i had to cancel selling shit n stuff). but i guess, as soon as the new d3 patch is hitting servers, DB wont work anyways?

Mein DB funzt immernoch, allerdings ohne die NAV Bedigungen wie verkaufen / banking etc. Denke aber wenn der Patch morgen f?r d3 live geht, wird auch das nicht mehr gehen? Liege ich da richtig? Wie dem auch sei Daumen Dr?cken aus Berlin!

Wird der bot morgen nachm d3 patch auch noch laufen? momentan tut ers noch..abgesehen von den verkaufen / stash / salvage mechaniken.
 
How are the german chicks? I always wanted to visit germany but after seeing the movie hostel I got scared :P
