Yeah don't blame them for playing safe until there is clarification, as the injunction statement was vague.
Though it certainly sounds like they cannot DISTRIBUTE the bot (or sell it) so they can't send over demonbuddy.exe to anyone... but it doesn't go into technicalities - like - can they send path-finding instructions and simple X Y Z numbers from a server to software people already have (ie can the nav-server still be operated or not).
It's all unknown without any legal clarification though, sadly. Legal terminology is just still not capable of covering all the intricate circumstances and loopholes of a digital world
