So i got banned in the ban wave and I got a new license? Can I bot on it?

u can bot on a second wow license np.
If blizz is monitoring you or if you are flagged no one knows but them.
Most advise to start a new bnet, but the looms and achieves are for some a
reason to stay on the same one.
Keep in mind, if blizz wants to ban you, you will be banned regardless. Last
wave showed exactly that.
Dont bot on anything you are not willing to lose.

Similar situation. I was banned in banwave.
Took a while to regroup, do some IRL stuff. The itch came back, and I wanted to return to WoW safe as possible. Considered my options. I sent an RAF from my original Bnet#1 (WOW4) to a new email and registered a new Bnet#2 under the same names. This is so I can (long term plan) eventually transfer my main from Bnet#2@WOW1 to Bnet#1@WOW1 (Banned) in November when the suspension expires.
My only intention this time around is to see out the Patch, do my Garrison and continue Raiding. I was a Mythic tank and as such I really miss the scene. I'm not going to invest my time into PvE as I did, but thus far I have RAF botted to about 60. Then I boosted via WoD to level 90 and botted about 80% of Questing to 100, solo. For the remaining 20% I botted using Enyo and TuanHa Special Edition. I am now Raiding and progressing my Garrisons. I have no intention of botting my professions or Garrison.
So far, all good!

Apparently each account is treated as an individual. (Apparently). Leveling characters seems to be pretty safe right now, I did 1-90 fine and when I farmed gold the account got banned.
BG farming is a hot topic in the WoW community in pretty sure with everything that's happened the past few weeks this could get you flagged up. Especially with lower numbers of bots in the battleground pool at the moment.
Personally, I've used HB to do my Garrison only. I don't trust gold grinding, dungeon farming, BG and dungeons right now.
It depends on how much you're willing to risk really.
