So have you found your botting replacement for D3? Probably won't see Exp until 2015?

It's just not true that people make so much money on botting any more. In EU at least, with 20 bots you can't make much more than 1000 euro now. Of course, lucky items that sell for ~100E is always a possibility, but happens too damn rarely nowadays.

About the last part "that is why we ask an email correspodance in order to show it to paypal" i don't quite understand something. The buyer claims that his paypal account has been hacked, right ? That means "the hacker" knows his email and the password used to enter paypal, most probably "the hacker" knows also the password of that very same email used to enter the website(or email client) providing that email service. That means not even he could send money trough the stolen paypal..but also confirm ownership (your suggestion that i quote) using the stolen email. So, even if the seller provide such a correspondence to paypal ... chances it could be use as an actual prove are little by my opinion. So the seller is tricked again.

..but because there was a "case" against me in ppal, the buyer got the money returned to them by ppal. I was utterly pissed by that whole fiasco, so i decided to see what will happen if i do not pay the money back to paypal.

By "case" i gues you mean that very same complain against you about the fake item ? but wait..if the buyer got his money back..then it's done. You are fucked up . What have you decided not to pay to paypal ?

..there is 30 days hold period, the money are blocked on the bank account for that period (at least this is how I understand that system). So you can send the payment through paypal using credit card and use the "my credit card was stolen/compromised" trick to get your money back. If that will be done under 30 days hold period, the bank just won't send the money to paypal system and "unblock" them on your credit card\account.

That 30 days hold period, by your words, starts once the receiver(the seller) got the money in his paypal but, you say, the money are still in the buyer's bank account blocked in till that 30 days period expires despite that the seller can see them in his paypal, right? The problem i see here is..that once the seller is able to see the money in his paypal account..he has the option to withdraw them into his bank account. That takes a few days. Once in his(sellers) bank account, paypal can't do nothing, even if that 30 days hold period is still on .. and so..nothing can't be chargedback to the buyer. I hope i understood you correctly.

What do you mean fucked up? You obviously don't get it. So let me explain further:

By "case" i mean case, this is literally how it is called and how it looks on screen when you open your My eBay page. There is a "CASE" against you.
See, when you sell an item on eBay, you can get paid right away, via ppal. As that happens, you instantly get the money in your ppal acc, right.. so you immediately withdraw that amount to your card and in 3-4 days you have the money in your bank account. This is the time that most parcels take to reach their destination, provided you used normal shipping. So, about the time the buyer gets the item they paid for, the money they paid are already in your hands, literally. Now, the tricky part- the case takes up to 1 month to be resolved, right? So the ebay/paypal policy is, that they return the money to the buyer. But this is not the same money any more; of course, if the money is still in your paypal account, they could freeze it and refund it etc, but as long as you've withdrawn the amount, they can't do much. You are, of course, required to pay the money back, but I did not do it, just to see what will happen. My opinion is, that this actually does not happen very often, and by doing these refunds out of their "own" funds, ebay / ppal just keep the clients happy, sacrificing a very tiny bit of their anyway enormous income.

to enter your paypal account you dont need your email password attached to the acc the passwords can be different :P.
if you have an email from the attached email the paypal you receive money from you exclude immediatelly the actual hacked paypal accounts(yes believe it or not ther are plenty of actual accounts being hacked)or at least most of them.

So..basically you withdraw the money .. and paypal paid the buyer with they'r own money..and you got the buyers money..and your item "fake item" back ? You skipped that part with the withdrawing in your post :).

anyway...ontopic ...i've looked around for a bit yeah there are many potential great games coming this year but depends how shallow they are..and what is the botting potential

Yeah, that's pretty much it. :) what i meant is, that there is room for scamming in all online retailers as well as money services. Afaik, there are other ppal scams as well, but i don't know details. So what Kongor wanted to warn people about is pretty much legit, even tho his presentation of what happened was high level lame as usual.

I have 7 Bots on EU. 24/7...in April I wasn?t able to hit 300 Euro. I found nothing that I could sell in RMAH and Gems hit the Ground Floor :(
 
Well, dude, it is and always have been down to simple luck. There is also the GAH flipping. I also struggle to make money lately, but i make shitloads of gold, so i flip it and sell the stuff for cash. P R O F I T xD

Guess tera is out . questing is actually much better then gw2 but other than that it's just a more evolved wow clone .(good thing with the internets to check things out ) they are shamelessly copying the best wow raids so don't waste your time with it .

What makes you think that your 3 dollar per day profits is what someone else makes as well.. From my general experience in life, i've come to find that judging, based on your own views, instead of based on facts(or in your case, the absence of facts) usually results in a bad judgement. I wasn't at all joking about flipping. When i wrote that, i've just had a profit (from flipping only)of about 100 Euro for a week.
