I can only imagine one teenager here Walter, and that's the one reduced to name calling (or bullying as some may call it)!
No point posting anymore, I wont be replying to any more childish responses.
The only problem here, is someone getting so frustrated by something that should be working fine, and is not, and having to be constantly reset. And it is not only myself who is having these problems.

It sucks that your bot isn't working, but you are the one who refused to help the developers. Don't play victim, attach a log and describe the problems.
 
the guy is correct. the bot has tons of problems that affects everyone questing for sure. no point posting a log when it's affecting everyone who does questing. all the devs have to do is run a new character and see for themselves.

it seems to me that sometimes they are too quick to post updates after a patch and they miss things and the bot doesn't work that well after some patches because of this.

Questing isn't all the bots fault. Many of the issues with questing can be fixed by creating your own profiles. I personally run a hybrid questing/grinding that I've made after leveling up some guys using BW. Do I still have to restart? Sure. But, for example, last night my guy ran from about 20 - 23. All I had to do is move him from planet to planet. At that point? Mesh Issue. But, again, it's an issue that with a little fix (added some <MoveTo>'s to my profile to move around the mesh issue) it will work for the next guy I level.

Some of the issues are with custom routines. Do you run a variation of Joe's? Try turning off MobHarvesting, as this fixed a bunch of freezes for me.

Yes, there are problems with the bot, and set-ups, but it's nothing that can't be remedied. From a botting perspective, without Space Botting, BW is by far the best bot for SWToR, and it's not even close. No, you can't just download the bot, click start, and 3 days later be 50. You're going to have to intervine, test, fix, ect. But it's still saving me a ton of time and well worth the price.

how is that going to help if i need it to quest?

if i wanted it to grind levels i would just spacebot

what i don't understand is why kick said he was back working on buddywing and then he doesnt inform us of anything for 3 weeks or so? i was really looking forward to his new profiles.

they don't ban you for spacebotting, they suspend you first time but i don't think they even suspend anymore since they removed credits from it.

but either way i will continue to use the bot since its the best thing for questing but it is definitely very buggy after some of these patches. seems like they update the bot a little too quickly and maybe missing some things sometimes.

Yeah, I dunno I haven't tried it... still a suspension is going to slow you down a lot more than grinding ;)

This bot has problems... especially now... but it's still better than not having one and all things considered it's pretty damned cheap. I understand everyone's frustration, and I get my fair share of frustration out of this thing believe me, but the people who say they shouldn't sell it are idiots for two reasons. 1) because there isn't a better bot and 2) They've stopped selling it before, so when they use hyperbole like that there's actually a danger of it being the reality. Then a few whiney assholes will have ruined this for everyone because the idea of "if you don't like it, just don't buy it and shut up" never occurred to them.

I'm irritated/frustrated with the apparent degradation of bot quality as much as anyone else, but I'd still rather have the option to bot than nothing at all.

Let me fill you in on some information. NO ONE as worked on any profiles since 2.0 they changed up way points and meshes. They need to re-mesh out the planet to update changes. Also the profiles are what make bw bad not the bot. It works wonderful had a bot going 9 hours not 1 issue. I guess I am not some stupid noob crying on the forums!

It is very bizzare... I have one profile that will literally run for 16hours with no problem that I created myself, and then I have 9 or so profiles I created that are balls and crash between 30m - 2 hours.

I have no idea what the problem is... I used the same template to create them all and I can't for the life of me recreate that lightning strike that made that one profile work like it's supposed to.

Learn to type since I can't read your stupid gibberish. Also learn to play this game since the bot won't for you. Thanks for being that child to cry "HACKER" last night in a warzone to me. If you want to watch what bullying just wait. Thanks for visiting the forums to post nothing of any value or demerit.

They need to remesh the planets since I have been having a lot of issues since 2.0. 1.7 planet meshes just worked.

Please learn to spell and develop typing skills. These are very basic human skill sets. Also keep posting since its making these forums lively. You just cry and cry! You see the Devs even caring about your post? They don't since its all meaningless and has the back bone of a jellyfish for support.
