Good news or the end of botting?

"As you may have noticed there have been a few small patches being downloaded and installed by the World of Warcraft launcher. These are part of a new bit of tech we?ve been testing that allows us to quickly release small client-side patches without needing to build and release a large scale patch. These allow us to now make client-side changes quickly and easily, very similar to the server-side hotfixes we?ve become used to for all these years. We treat them the same as server-side hotfixes, so they?ll be noted in the usual hotfix blog as it?s updated."

its fine because we have other measures in place. if they do manage to change something critical on the fly (and i doubt it) we already have tripwire in place to take everyone off line so we can see what they've done. you need to keep in mind what they are talking about is for small changes to the game content not on the fly patching of critical systems. if something like your UI is broken thats still going to require an actual patch and cannot be fixed on the fly, however something like a changing the honor vendors locations and items on the fly would be more what blizzard is trying to accomplish with that software.

I was thinking more along the lines of that releasing mini patches constantly to break all bots.
