Slow attacks

hi,

i got the hb today and i noticed that the attacks are very slow and sometimes it just stands there without casting anything.

e.g. was on a 12 shadow priest, he cast Shadow Wordain on the mob, then 5-10 secs later does Mind Blast, then nothing, after trying it for awhile i kept having to finish the mobs off and now and then heal up as at one point its hp droped to 20hp before he would do anything

any ideas?

ahh ok thanks alot think thats what it is as on my druid it dosnt seem that bad during fights, seems to kill them pritty quick just sometimes the odd delay afterwards,
