Slideshow when activating DB

When I?m presisng the Start-Button my diablo-windows turns into a slideshow. What am i doing wrong.

My Specs:
Windows 7 x64
16GB RAM
AMD x6 something
Geforce 560GTX

its not graphics settings because u click the "STOP" button and the lag goes away. - I think it has to do with AMD Arcitecture. im running also on an AMD and its laggging. 3.8 ghz bulldozer 8core 16gigs of ram 1666mhz with OCZ watercooler and OCZ SSD 120gig with GTX460. I run multi other bots no problem but load 1 demon buddy and it laggs.

already did that but there was no significiant change. I?m at 800x600 with lowest settings.

I think my pc should handle it without any problem. is there any way to find out the reason, why this happens? Any kind of debug-log?

Seems like the slideshow depends to the amount of monsters on the screen. And seriously, the power of my machine shouldn't be the problem. For Example: In the core of arreat i'm nearly able to count the screens and while farming sarkoth, there is no frame-problem.
