Sky Golem Mount, can herb whilst mounted

Sky Golem Mount, can herb whilst mounted. Therefore would it be possible for HB or GB2 to take this into consideration and not dismount when collecting a herb node?
 
just my opinion here;

I wouldn't buy a Sky Golem JUST for my farming accounts, it's selling for 90k + on my realm, and it simply wouldn't be worth the gold and the risk of losing another 90k once my accounts get banned.
And since i only buy the semi-expensive mounts for my main account, which i don't bot on.. then imo. it shouldn't be taken into consideration due to the lack of people willing to buy a mount worth 90k+, and then bot on the same account and risk getting banned and then already be - 90k (Atleast).
Yet another reason why it shouldn't be considered, is that the ideal farming class is still druid, instant fligthform - and you can herb while being in form.
Also, the druid flightform costs what.. 80g? something like that.. and that's alot cheaper than buying a mount worth 90k+ :)

- anyone agree/disagree?

DIsagree. Me, like many others bot on main account for getting mats for raids etc, running GB2 perhaps 2h/week. I dont have herbalism on my druid, my druid is 600 LW & Enchanting, so for me it would be a nice addition.

And no, I did not buy my SG, I crafted it myself, so its no 90k spent here!

Just level another druid for farming? one that nobody of your guildies n friends whisper to? takes around a week lol
 
I've bought one already for 50k, easy come easy go.

But back on subject, it would be nice to use the mount for farming herbs and not have it dismount - anyone got any ideas how this could be achieved? Perhaps an enhancement for next release of HB/GB2.
 
mmmm... mine doesn't dismount, it collects from the mount. o.O

Just to point out the mount even crafted yourself has cost you the gold you would make for selling it. (50k on my realm) since if you had not used it you would have got 50k from selling it.

Its a great looking mount and I have it on my list of things to get in game. Its a personal choice but i would not recommend it for throwaway farmers but for main account why the hell not.

Good point, but for me its noth worth leveling another char, just for farmking a few hours per week, then I might aswell do it on a Sky Golem, than level up a new alt for the sole purpose of farming a couple of herbs :)

I have 2 engineers on different servers, both my Golems cost me 15-20k to craft, sold one for 84k.
 
hmm,we will check if we can add some special support for the specific mount

90k wtf - 48k on my realms >.<

Plus yes, i always use druids for FF herbing - alot cheaper and faster/effective
