Skorn is bad and not BIS for Barbs and Wiz? How about for Monks?

Is it true that come patch 1.07 where the snapshot exploit is fixed, Skorns will be useless for every class including Monks?

From what I've read, yes snapshotting will be fixed. Though unless they fix the way black damage works I'm not sure if they'll be "useless".

Snapshotting is a current monk exploit where a player puts on a first set of high dps gear, casts sweeping wind, then switches to a second set with high attack speed/high crit chance to proc more cyclones. The cyclones that proc will be based off the stats you had when you casted sweeping wind, and not the new stats on the second set of gear. That's the general gist of it. Sorry if I explained it in a confusing way.
